How do I know you are a legal agent?

 We are a fully legal and registered agent and have been trading for over 5 years

 What experience do you have selling Spanish Properties?

Our small sales force has over 20 years experience of selling property on the Costa Blanca

Do you offer any aftersales service?

We can offer a full aftersales service at a very competitive rate and can even help with finding you a solicitor, transferring money and furnishing your property.

Do you arrange free viewing trips?

No. We can arrange your trip but you will be liable for all costs. In order to offer you the best possible property prices we charge a very small commission and this would not cover the costs involved in paying for free viewing trips.

Will I be bussed around with other people to view properties?

No. We will take you to view the properties you ask to see and nothing more.

Are all your properties bank repossessions?

No. We also have properties from private owners who now need to release the money tied up in their particular property and also from promotors who are now offering excellent prices to sell properties that they have left in new developments.

Do we need a lawyer?     

We reccommend that you do appoint a lawyer when purchasing a property. They will ensure all the checks have be carried out correctly, translate and transfer your utility bill etc into your name. Your lawyer plays an important part in the purchase of your property and you must have complete confidence in them, therefore we reccommend that you take your time when choosing a lawyer and always use a fully legal representitive.

Can you help us find a lawyer?                                                                     

We can reccommend a number of fully legal lawyers who will help you through the buying process.

Will we get a mortgage?    

You can either choose a euro or sterling mortgage however we do reccommended a euro mortgage. Spanish banks will normally lend up to 70% of the property value but in some cases due to the economic climate there are some banks that are currently offering upto 100%.

What additional costs are involved when purchasing a property?

You are expected to pay approximately 10% of the property price in additional fees  and taxes. for more information please view our buying and selling guide.
